The upper floor of the complex consists of two independent stone houses measuring 65 sqm each. They feature a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils,  separate bedroom,  washing machine,  Nespresso machine, a 40-inch flat-screen TV, free wifi, a library, and a private balcony of 30 sqm with a view of the sea, the garden, and the mountain. 

 These 65 sqm houses can accommodate up to 5 people (3 adults and 2 children).
