The ground floor of the complex consists of 2 independent stone houses of 30 sq.m. where they have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, separate bedroom,flat tv 36 inches, free wifi, and a private terrace of 40 sq.m. overlooking the sea and the garden. 

The villas of 30 sq.m. can accommodate up to 4 people ( 2 adults and 2 children).
